How to Play: Weekend $100,000 Cash & Cars Giveaway

1. Starting Monday, September 4, you can start earning tickets for the “$100,000 Cash & Cars” Giveaway.
2. Each day, players that earn 50-points will receive one (1) FREE “$100,000 Hit-6 Ticket” with six (6) Lucky numbers.
3. Then every Friday, Saturday at 3:30pm and 7:30pm and 9:30pm the drawings will be in the “Hit-6 Drawing”
4. If a player matches all six (6) numbers, they will win $100,000 in CASH or a “2023 Acura and $60,000 in Cash” – winner’s choice!
5. All players will have one (1) hour to claim prize at the Winners Club.

Weekends: “$100,000 Cash and Cars”:

1. Every Friday & Saturday at the 3:30pm, 7:30pm and 9:30pm drawings will be in the “Hit-6 Drawing”
2. Starting on Monday, September 4, players that earn 50-points will receive one (1) FREE “$100,000 Cash & Cars” drawing ticket” with six (6) Lucky numbers each day.
3. A player can earn up to three (3) tickets per day, up to twenty one (21) per week.
4. If a player matches all six (6) numbers drawn, they will win $100,000 in CASH or a 2023 Acura and $60,000 in Cash!
5. All players will have one (1) hour to claim prize at the Winners Club.
6. The $100,000 cash prize is insured by Odds On Promotions (OOP).
7. All grand prize winning claims are subject to verification by Odds On Promotions (OOP) whose decisions are final and binding.
8. A contestant is not a winner of the grand prize unless the odds established by the intended parameters of the promotion are beaten, as solely determined by the pre-defined entities and the results of the corresponding random ball draw (by OOP) and the winning play did not occur as a result of any other scenario including but not limited to human error or machine malfunction.
9. The entries supplied by the Printer and the results of the corresponding random ball draw (by OOP) are the sole determinants of whether or not a contestant is an insured prize winner. Printed entries are used for information purposes only and will not be considered in determining if a contestant is an insured prize winner.
10. Current employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of the Carson Nugget Casino, the Printer, or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any reimbursable prize within.
11. Names and likenesses of the promotion winner(s) may be used by the Carson Nugget Casino and Odds On Promotions, for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. All of the “$100,000 Cash & Cars” drawing tickets will have an expiration date. The ticket will not be valid if redeemed after the expiration date.
13. If the Player has a winning “$100,000 Cash & Cars” ticket, they must turn a winning ticket into the Winners Club within one (1) hour after the numbers are posted to redeem the prize.
14. The Winners Club may need up to four (4) hours to add the Free Play prize to a player’s account. Management reserves the right to extend this deadline based on the number of winning tickets redeemed and manpower to enter the data correctly.
15. The casino reserves the right to offer Free tickets to any player at any time.

Other Rules and Regulations:

16. Free Play prizes awarded under $1,000 will expire within 7-days.
17. Free Play prizes awarded over $1,001 will expire within 30-days.
18. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that their Winners Club Cards have been accepted by a slot machine to earn Points to be entered into the drawing.
19. Current Employees of the Carson Nugget or any promotional agency are not allowed to participate in the promotion.
20. Participants agree that the Carson Nugget has the right to reproduce, print, publish or disseminate in any medium, their picture, likeness, name, and/or voice for purposes of news, advertising and/or publicizing a promotion without any or additional compensation to the participant.
21. Management reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason; including but not limited to, misconduct, infraction of rules, or any reason the management deem appropriate.
22. All decisions by Carson Nugget and Management are final.
23. Must be 21 years of age or older and a Winner’s Club member to participate in this promotion.
24. Player participation implies understanding and agreement with rules as noted above.
25. Game Malfunction Voids All Pays.
26. Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion, including prize amounts and structure, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, at any time.
